CEX Casting has completed the development and acceptance testing of two sets of wax pattern tooling for 316L stainless steel silica sol investment casting.
The next phase involves the trial production of wax patterns and the production and validation of the first batch of casting samples.
These tooling sets are for two types of stainless steel structural components.
The customer is a long-standing client of CEX Casting for aluminum alloy die-cast parts.
Both product types will be used within the same project, and the customer preferred not to work with an additional supplier for these components.
CEX Casting coordinated the project through its one-stop manufacturing service, working with a qualified precision casting partner and participating throughout the process—from mold design and manufacturing to quality control.
Currently, both sets of wax pattern tooling have successfully passed acceptance testing, and sample production and verification testing are set to begin shortly.

With aluminum alloy casting and precision machining at its core, CEX Casting integrates diverse manufacturing processes—including iron casting, investment casting, aluminum extrusion, and sheet metal fabrication—through rigorous supply chain management.
This enables the company to provide overseas customers with one-stop solutions for metal components, significantly reducing communication costs and management burdens associated with dealing with multiple suppliers.
