CEX Casting was established in 1995. We are a fully integrated manufacturer of in-house mould making, die casting, squeeze casting, and CNC machining services.
We have applied for an invention patent for our newly developed aluminium squeeze casting process. Compared to conventional die castings, squeeze castings come with zero internal porosity, higher density, and similar mechanical properties to aluminum forgings, making it suitable for industries that require castings with lightweight and high-strength features, especially in the automotive industry.
We manufacture high-quality and precise aluminum casting blanks comply with specific requirements. We also offer surface finish and CNC machining services to ensure that the casting blanks are prepared and finished to customer’s expectations.
Our products are mainly exported to North American and European markets. We have rich experience in cooperating with foreign clients and have in-depth knowledge of their specific requirements.

R&D Capabilities
We started aluminum die casting production in 2000. Through years of production practice, we found some significant defects in aluminum die casting parts, such as internal porosity, low strength, and unweldable.
This makes us determined to optimize the production process. The optimization includes optimizing the feeding and exhaust ports of the mould, updating the hydraulic system and gas-liquid separation system for the casting equipment, optimizing the parameters of feeding speed and pressure, and selecting patented raw materials such as A356 and AlSi9Mg.
In 2018, our first-generation squeeze casting process came out. After 4 years of continuous optimization, by 2022, our squeeze casting parts have achieved excellent mechanical properties. Learn more.

Environmental Awareness
China has strict environmental policies. We have invested in environmental protection facilities to ensure we are a qualified environmentally friendly manufacturer and will not shut down due to environmental issues.
Our casting workshop is equipped with a gas collection system to collect the exhaust gas generated during the casting process and centralized melting process.
All collected exhaust gases will be continuously transported to the environmental treatment facilities outside the workshop through pipelines.
The exhaust gas will be purified through spraying and dust collection treatment and then discharged into the atmosphere through chimneys.
