The use of conventional aluminum die casting technology to achieve the strength of forged aluminum may seem an unsolvable problem, but we have already done it.
We have developed a superior aluminum die casting process – squeeze casting, which can effectively avoid the defects of conventional die casting manufacturing and obtain high-strength casting parts with complex structures in one go, reducing the amount of post-processing and completely replacing the high-cost forging process.
Squeeze Casting+T6 Treatment — For High Strength Aluminum Parts
Squeeze casting parts have better mechanical characteristics than conventional castings because of their higher density, less porosity, finer scale of grain, and more uniform microstructure.
