Superior Aluminum Casting Process — Squeeze Casting
The use of conventional aluminum die casting technology to achieve the strength of forged aluminum may seem an unsolvable problem, but we have already done it.
We have developed a superior aluminium die casting process – squeeze casting , which can effectively avoid the defects of conventional die casting and obtain high strength casting parts with complex structures in one go, reducing the amount of post processing and completely replacing the high-cost forging process.
Squeeze Casting+T6 Treatment — For High Strength Aluminum Parts
Squeeze casting parts have better mechanical characteristics than conventional castings because of their higher density, less porosity, finer scale of grain and more uniform microstructure.
